Anhui Amorphousbus E-business Co.,Ltd has put the item of producing 1000 tons of nanocrystal strip into operation in June 2016. The width of the strip is 8-40mm and the thickness of the gravity strip is 33-38um, the thickness of the pressure strip is 18-24um. Compared to traditional material, the nanocrystal strip has higher initial permeability, low remanent magnetism, low loss and it can save more energy. At the same time, it is environmentally friendly.

It has been widely applied to Power Electronic Transformer, mutual inductor, Common Mode Inductors, high frequency switch, anti-thief magnetic stripe, wireless charging of mobile phones.
